Chen Yun started in Fengyuan in 1908
The fire of baking starts to ignite every morning in Fengyuan. The first generation of Chen Yun hawked cakes in Sanjiao Street, Fengyuan. At that time, the most familiar desserts of every household were "Scholar Cake" and " Puffed rice ". The traditional puffed rice has a strong sense of human warmth.
Chen Jin Chuan expanded to Tokyo in 1943
The second generation Chen Jin Chuan crossed the sea to Japan to study Wagashi craft, and established Pao Chuan Wagashi Shop in Tokyo become the pride of Taiwan. Our product Royal Tamba Cake won the highest honor - Emperor Of Japan Award at the Wagashi Awards. Later, we also developed Kyoto popular snack Taushan Pomelo Cake what makes everyone drool with envy.
Chen Zengxiong inherited from Taichung in 1975
Set up "Pao Chuan Pastry Store" on Zhongzheng Road, Fengyuan City. It is managed by Mr. Chen Zengxiong. It combines traditional Taiwanese and Japanese baking methods to make small moon cakes. Traditional moon cakes have been improved, adding layers of meringues and sweet and fragrant fillings. It is both classic and delicious, and it is also "Taiwan's first small moon cake founding store".
2011 Taiwan Innovation
The reputation of Taiwanese pastries spreads all over the world, and Taichung is the hometown of Taiwanese pastries. The fourth generation went to Japan to study baking method and raised pastry skills to a new level. He did not hesitate to use high-quality cream to make multi-level low-sugar "Sun Cake". The sun cake has won the "Golden Word of Mouth Award". In 2013, the original Pao Chuan store name was added to the name of the first generation of Chen Yun, thus forming "Chen Yun Pao Chuan ", which expressed the gratitude for ancestor and passed on from generation to generation.
After learning and taking over the pastry business, the fifth generation returned to Taiwan. They opened up new markets in Taipei and Taichung. The two brothers jointly developed the "Macadamia Milk Caramel", started a new generation of pastry life.
